मुझे तीन–चार महीने से घुटने में बहुत दर्द था। पहले मैंने सोचा कि यह सामान्य है, लेकिन जब मैंने मेडिक्स ऑर्थो केयर में डॉ. प्रज्ञेश जी को दिखाया, तो उन्होंने मुझे ओस्टियोआर्थराइटिस की समस्या बताई। घुटनों का दर्द बढ़ता जा रहा था, लेकिन जब मैंने Medex Ortho Care ज्वाइन किया, तो डॉक्टर ने मुझे कम से कम तीन महीने फिजियोथैरेपी करने की सलाह दी।
तीन महीने बाद मुझे काफी आराम मिला, पर डॉक्टर ने कहा कि पूरी तरह ठीक होने के लिए इसे कुछ महीने और जारी रखना चाहिए। डॉक्टर की सलाह पर मैंने फिजियोथैरेपी को तीन–चार महीने और कंटिन्यू रखा और मुझे बहुत अच्छी तरह आराम मिल गया।
मेरा जॉब लगातार बैठकर करने वाला है, इसलिए डॉक्टर ने मुझे कुछ एक्सरसाइज़ करने को भी कहा है, जिन्हें मैं नियमित रूप से करती रहती हूँ और इससे मुझे बहुत लाभ हुआ है। मैं लगभग रोज़ 50 सीढ़ियाँ चढ़कर ऑफिस जाती हूँ और अपने फ़र्स्ट फ़्लोर वाले घर पर भी दिन में दो बार सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ती–उतरती हूँ।
